Kenny Porter is the president and CEO of Kenneth Porter & Company, Ltd., a comprehensive wealth advisory firm based in Norfolk, Virginia. He and his support team are dedicated to coaching and empowering both individuals and business owners.
More than 20 years of financial training, business management experience and ownership of two multi-million-dollar businesses have molded and shaped Kenny’s experience. His uncanny ability to communicate and teach positive money philosophies has firmly positioned him as an authoritative voice in helping individuals and entrepreneurs discover and maximize their wealth potential. Kenny has facilitated hundreds of public and private informational seminars for institutions such as the Christian Broadcast Network (CBN), STIHL Inc., Virginia Beach police and fire departments, and numerous small-to-midsize businesses up and down the East Coast.
In 1996, Kenny began his career as a financial advisor with a privately held financial planning firm. He was instrumental in growing his financial company to approximately $190 million in assets under management and advising hundreds of life insurance clients until selling his interest in the firm in late 2009. During this time, Kenny took on one of the greatest challenges of his career and pursued his interest in the e-commerce and fulfillment industry. As the CEO, he grew that business from $1.5 million in sales to more than $5.5 million in less than three years. After successfully managing the closure and turnover of the company in December 2011, Kenny decided to return to his first love: Helping individuals and entrepreneurs discover and maximize their own wealth potential.
Kenny is a licensed insurance agent in Virginia, Tennessee, Utah, Nevada, Texas, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Kentucky and Florida.
Kenny is proud to have been chosen by Jack Canfield, author of “Chicken Soup for the Soul” and “The Success Principles,” as one of only 100 students selected annually for his prestigious and internationally acclaimed “Train the Trainer” program.
Kenny proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years — semper fidelis! In addition, he and his wife, Kathleen, created The 275 Foundation to assist families of children with special needs.
Kenny and Kathleen have been married for 24 years and live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They have five children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Kenny enjoys basketball, drone flying, boating and traveling with his family.
Connor is an Investment Advisor Representative and a licensed insurance professional. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Connor served on staff at his local church before realizing his love for people and gift of connection extended to the financial services industry.
Connor’s unique background and diverse training allows him to assist clients in creating a strategy that closely aligns with their core values and personal goals through focused and intentional financial planning. He is passionate about ensuring others experience growth and achieve their maximum income potential.
Connor has passed his Series 65 exam and is a licensed insurance professional. Helping people, whether it is planning for retirement or planning in retirement, is truly Connor’s passion. He favors a process-over-product approach, geared toward the overall long-term, big-picture plan.
A charismatic and upbeat conversationalist, Connor is a warm and disciplined advisor with an ear for his clients’ needs. His primary mission is to achieve an improvement in their overall quality of life and financial security before and throughout their retirement.
A former baseball player, Connor is tuned in to all things Red Sox when he is not working. He also enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with close friends and family.
As an associate at Kenneth Porter & Company, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and a lot of enthusiasm to the office. Born in western Kentucky, Kevin grew up in Virginia Beach, the son of a Navy fighter pilot stationed in the Tidewater area. Kevin graduated from Norfolk Christian High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in communications from James Madison University.
Upon graduation, Kevin joined the Navy as a naval flight officer, eventually joining the F-14 Tomcat community. He completed multiply flying tours, operationally and as a flight instructor, accumulating more than 2,100 hours of flight time and over 600 carrier arrested landings. He also spent an operational tour driving the USS Kitty Hawk forward-deployed in Japan as well as staff tours in the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and the Operational Test and Evaluation Force in Norfolk, Virginia. Kevin retired in 2012 with just under 21 years of active duty naval service. Since retiring, Kevin has continued his professional flying career, accumulating over 4,000 hours as a pilot and flight instructor in multiple aircraft, domestically and abroad. When he is not in the office with Kenny, Kevin is an international Boeing 747 pilot with Atlas Air, Inc.
While on active duty, Kevin completed his Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Naval Post Graduate School, Monterey, California. This program, encompassing classes in business administration, economics and finance, awakened a passion for the financial field. This passion found an outlet when Kevin met Kenny at a Bible study. Kenny admitted his longtime desire to learn to fly, and Kevin admitted his desire to break into the financial field. This ultimately led to Kevin taking Kenny flying and Kenny helping Kevin to become a licensed insurance professional and an associate with Kenneth Porter & Co.
Kevin and Tiffany, married for over 10 years, reside in Chesapeake, Virginia, with four of their seven kids still in the house, three cats, two dogs and one Robo dwarf hamster, who lives in the closet to escape the cats. When not flying the 747 internationally, Kevin enjoys flight instruction, acrobatic training in tailwheel aircraft, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and chasing his wife and kids around the house.
At Kenneth Porter & Company, Caitlyn Konradson works alongside the team to develop relationships and deliver creative solutions for client’s needs, while providing strategic implementation of marketing efforts. As a licensed insurance professional, Caitlyn is passionate about providing protection and peace-of-mind to families through various outlets, as well as helping them reach their goals.
Obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Old Dominion University, as well as an associate’s degree in Ministry from Wave Leadership College, has made way for a diverse professional background; including broadcast television, public relations within an agency setting, and Creative Project Management within her local church.
Caitlyn resides in Virginia Beach with her husband, Karl, a Navy Veteran, and her dog. She has a passion for music, her church, and the Old Dominion Monarchs. When she is not providing stellar service to Kenneth Porter & Company clients, she is writing music, singing around the house or spending time at the beach with her husband and dog.

Growing up in church his entire life, Robby has always been around people, and grew to love caring and working with others. Throughout his time in the local church he has developed a love for all things 'creative' and is a professed self taught content creator.
Robby resides in Virginia Beach with his beautiful wife, Jessica, and their adorable golden-doodle, Louie. He has a passion for Bruins hockey, and you can often find him and his wife passionately yelling at whatever television they happen to be playing on. When he is not working for the KP & Co. clients he is often writing, reading books on western thought, and listening to music with his wife.
