Wesley Gomez has been in the financial services industry since 2000 advising institutions, RIA’s, B/D’s & retail clients on alternative strategies to manage risk, improve diversification and enhance returns. He believes that having an investment strategy that includes asset classes outside of traditional stocks, bonds and cash may benefit investors’ long term wealth goals.
Wesley has worked for several financial institutions including Rydex Investments (Guggenheim Partners), Ameriprise Financial, American Savings Bank, TD Ameritrade (Charles Schwab) and Personal Capital (Empower Retirement).
As the Vice President of Kenneth Porter & Company, Wesley is excited to share his knowledge & expertise with clients in their accumulation phase and distribution phase of retirement planning. He believes that planning, personalization and communication are the keys to wealth creation and wealth protection.
Wesley obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salisbury University.
Originally from Hawaii, Wesley loves to eat and spend time at any beach with his wife Ashley and their two dogs Jackson Brown & Charlie Brown. He also likes to take them on long hikes to chase squirrels.
