Cody Hines is the Operations Manager at Kenneth Porter & Company, where he helps keep everything running smoothly by supporting leadership, guiding creative projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Known for his steady presence and willingness to step in wherever he’s needed, Cody focuses on making life easier for the team so they can do their best work.
Cody’s path to KP&Co began during a meaningful season of life. While he and his wife were preparing to welcome their first child, a chance conversation with Kenny Porter led to a part-time role in media and marketing. Just hours after that first meeting, Cody and his wife headed to the hospital to welcome their baby boy. A few months later, he joined the team full time and has been helping drive the company forward ever since.
Before KP&Co, Cody spent nine years in the mortgage industry and has been involved in media, production, and organizational leadership from a young age—serving on church media teams, leading youth ministries, and working with a video production company through high school. He’s known for bringing calm to stressful moments, leading with joy, and creating a sense of steadiness for those around him.
What excites Cody most about his work is the opportunity to make a difference—whether that’s helping the team thrive or supporting people when they need clarity and direction. If he’s not working, you’ll usually find him serving at his church, spending time with his family, or—every once in a while—out on the golf course.
